The State Government has decided for an early disbursement of salaries for its employees and pensions for its pensioners for the month of August. The salaries and pensions for this month would be disbursed on August 31, official sources said.
The Finance Department has taken a decision in this regard in view of the consecutive holidays on September 1 and 2 before the Nuankhai festival on September 3. The department has apprised all district Collectors in this regard through a letter.
