The Khordha District and Sessions Court here on Wednesday allowed the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to take AT Group chief Pradip Kumar Sethy on remand. The court fixed the next date of hearing for January 6, 2015 and directed the ED to move the court that day on the number of days it wants to take Sethy on remand.
