India’s first dream-pop artist Aatman Panda, popularly known as Wick3d presented his debut track titled ‘Freewick3d’.
The track is produced, written and performed by Aatman himself. 18 years old Aatman is a singer, lyricist and music producer based out at New Delhi. He is son of noted filmmaker Nilamadhab Panda. He loves to explore electroic, bass-driven soundscapes in Dream-Pop genre.
The Freewick3d has streamed which garnered record views within a short span and was highly appreciated. The leading single titled ‘Sixth Dimension’ also expressed through a music video styled in neo psychedelia tones.
Wick3d’s penchant for music is largely inspired by the idea of an unshackled life with no limits and brakes. He also holds a strong expression and perspective in the field of visual arts. In an attempt to maintain a single core and source of all his creative expressions, be it music, videos other forms of visual arts, he creates all his artworks.
He took his inspiration from global artists like Kayne West, Travis Scott and Drake, Daniel Ceaser and Dream Pop band Beach House.
