Dhauli villager harassed by land grabbers

PNS

In a letter to Chief Minister’s Private Secretary Karthikeyan Pandian, BJP State Kissan Morcha leader Rabi Maharana has urged for the Chief Minister’s Grievance Cell to be made more efficient and effective for redressing the grievance of the people.

Maharana stated that a grievance petition of one Gatikrushna Panda of village Nakhaur under Dhauli GP, which was forwarded for Pandian’s appraisal, has not been redressed by the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) even though four years have already elapsed.

The grievance of Panda is his agricultural land has been deliberately obstructed from all sides by constructing boundary walls and he has been refused passage to his land allegedly by the land grabbers, who are into land plotting business for which he has been forced to quit farming. He has no other option but succumb to the harassment to dispose of the land to the goons, he mentioned.

The aggrieved after failing to get justice from the CMO is undergoing physical, mental, emotional, psychological, social and financial loss and suffering. Due to callousness of the officials manning the Grievance Cell, people’s grievance s are not being redressed, alleged Maharana and requested for necessary action.
