Health Minister Atanu Sabyasachi Nayak, while reviewing dengue situation at the State Secretariat here on Saturday, said dengue cases have increased to 481 across he State.
After the meeting, the Minister said that 83 affected persons were under treatment, out of which 65 are admitted in the SCB Medical College Hospital at Cuttack with eight in ICU.
He claimed that 70 per cent of the total people diagnosed with dengue were affected outside the State.
Among others, Health and Family Welfare Department Secretary Arti Ahuja along with other senior officials of the State were present at the review meeting.
