Dead Government servant's dues unsettled for long

PNS

While the State Government claims settling pension and arrear money of its retired employees at the earliest, a family of a deceased employee, Jagdish Sahu, of Beheramal village under Subarnapur district’s Dunguripali block has got only harassments from department officials.

While, after Sahu’s death due to long illness in August last year, his wife has broken by heart, his son Goura Chandra has many times moved to the concerned office, but in vain. He has finally written to the district Collector for early disposal of his father’s GIS and arrear money.  “I have met higher officials for my father’s GIS and arrear, but I have got noncooperation only,” said Goura.

He requested the Collector to give him a job as per the Rehabilitation Scheme and release all arrear money at the earliest for sustenance of his poor family.
