The Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwriya Vishwa Vidyalaya celebrated the ninth death anniversary of Adiratna Dadi Sandeshi at the Tirupati Kalyan Mandap here on Tuesday.
The Ama Odisha in association with the Red Cross organised a blood donation camp on the occasion. A senior citizens’ meeting was also held.
Sambad editor Soumya Ranjan Patnaik was present as chief guest. Former Ministers Biswa Bhushan Harichandan and Arabind Dhali, former Information Commissioner Jagadananda and BJP youth leader Jagannath Pradhan were present as guests.
Rajajogi Brahma Kumara Mrutunjaya from Mount Abu, who was the chief speaker, highlighted the life and contributions of Dadi Sandeshi.
More than 3,000 Brahma Kumaris were present on the occasion. Brahma Kumari Geeta coordinated the programme.
