On the allegation of acquisition of assets disproportionate to his known sources of income by Gobinda Chandra Parida, Gram Rozgar Sevak (GRS), Chhaitana GP under the Gop block, Puri districts, Vigilance officers on Thursday conducted raids at his houses st six places and detected assets worth Rs 1,70,15,654 in his name and his family members’ names.
The detected assets include two triple-stories buildings of Rs 1,10,97,667, seven plots worth Rs 16,30,000, deposits in banks of Rs 16,70,278 and cash Rs 4,28,960. The enquiry was in progress, said an official release.
