Former BJP national president Nitin Gadkari addressed election rallies at four places, Morada in Mayurbhanj district, Soro in Baleswar, Niali in Cuttack and Jatani in Khordha district, seeking votes for the BJP candidates.
Holding the public meeting on the last day of campaigning, Gadkari lambasted both the State and the Central Governments. He said the BJP would undoubtedly form the Government at the Centre and also in the State. He alleged that Congress has looted the country in its 10 years of ruling. “Congress will get gold medal in the world championship of corruption. No other country can beat them in the competition,” said Gadkari.
