The cold wave condition would continue in the State during the next 48 hours, said the Regional Office of the Indian Metrological Department (IMD) here on Thursday.
The IMD said the minimum temperature is likely to drop below normal by three to five degree Celsius across the districts during next two days.
On January 30, the highest temperature of 29.6 degree Celsius was recorded at Malkangiri while the lowest 6 degree was registered at Angul.
