Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Wednesday opposed the move of disinvestment of Government’s stake in the Nalco. “Nalco is a profit-making PSU, and I do not think there should be any disinvestment,” said Patnaik on his return here from New Delhi after eight days.
On the reports in a section of media that there would be a reshuffle in his Ministry, he said no such decision has been taken so far. Regarding a question over the abduction of seven people by Maoists in Malkangiri district, Patnaik said police are making all efforts to trace them and secure their release.
