The Koraput district Youth BJP held a general body meeting, presided over by Youth BJP president Subhendu Brahma. General secretary G Praveen Kumar and Satyabrata Dash coordinated.
State youth coordinator Dinesh Sharma, district BJP president Bijaya Mishra, Jayram Gorada and MailNiladri Bihari Pangrahi were among present.
The leaders paid homage to the martyrs from the district who were killed in Army operation against terrorists in J&K.
A roadmap was prepared for the civic body election.
District president Bramha appealed the youth workers to spread awareness on PM Narendra Modi’s schemes in rural areas. Brahma also said the State BJD has failed in providing jobs to the youths.
The Jeypore Town BJP also held its meeting, presided over by Amar Ahuja and coordinated by Baidyanath Mishra. A resolution was made to appeal the district administration for developing the Jagarnath sagar and the SDH hospital. Sujit Pani, Sambit Mohapatra, Susant Adhikari and Srinibas Rao were present.
