The State Government on Tuesday carried out a reshuffle in the OAS cadre in which nine officers were transferred and assigned new duties.
Chittaranjan Mohanty was posted as Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) Secretary, while Biswa Maohan Ray has been appointed as the Additional Secretary of the Fisheries and Animal Resources Development Department.
Rashid Khan was posted as the Additional Secretary of the Science and Technology Department while General Manager of Odisha SC and ST Development Finance Cooperative Corporation, Gangadhar Patra has now been posted as Additional Secretary of Public Enterprises Department.
Suvendhu Kanoongoo was posted as the Additional Secretary of Planning and Convergence Department while Sukanta Pradhan has been given the responsibility as the Additional Secretary of the Water Resources Department.
Pratap Indra Das will be the new Director of the State Council of Educational Research and Training and Biranchi Narayan Mohanty new Additional Secretary of Cooperation Department.
Ramesh Chandra Rout was appointed as the Additional Chief Electoral Officer.
