Sahoo demanded to know as to how the university authorities allowed Prasad, who has been chargesheeted and against whom a non-bailable warrant (NBW) was issued, to contest the polls by accepting his nomination.
PCC vice-president Sivananda Ray and Pradesh Chhatra Congress vice- president Kiran Sahoo were present at the Press meet.
