The All Odisha Caterers’ Association has thanked Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik for the State Government relaxing the restrictions and allowing 250 persons at social gatherings.
Association president Binay Bhusan Patnaik said, “We are thankful to our Chief Minister, who considered our plight and allowed 250 guests in the social functions. It will help our members as well as the workers and their families who are associated with us. “We as responsible citizens, understand the critical situation and the dangers posed by the Covid-19 pandemic. We would take utmost care and stringently follow the Covid-19 guidelines issued by the Government while organizing any social functions,” added Patnaik. The association hosted the first annual general body meeting and held election to the Khordha District Caterers’ Association here on Wednesday. Aswin Kumar Mohapatra and Brundabana Mishra were elected as the first president and general secretary of the newly-formed Khordha District Caterers’ Association. Srikanta Patnaik and Rabindra Kumar Patra were elected as joint secretaries.
