In order to supplement the efforts of existing centres, young professionals have been recruited by the Union Ministry of labour and Employment and deployed to the model career centres who are well-versed with NCS’s agenda. A multilingual call centre (Toll Free Helpline: 1800-425-1514 from Tuesday to Sunday 8 am to 8 pm) is also catering to the needs of those who face difficulty in registration or have other queries.
