Police recovered huge cache of explosives from the Badasuli hillock under the Kalinganagar police station in Jajpur district on Wednesday. According to Kalinganagar PS IIC Jyoti Prakash Panda, five kilograms of gun powder and two detonators packed in a plastic jar were found lying at the hillock. “A case has been registered against unknown persons under Sections 4 and 5 of the Indian Explosive Act. We suspect hands of Maoists in this case,” Panda said.
