The Balasore Alloys will spend two per cent of its profit on CSR activities in Baleswar during the current fiscal year. It would spend around Rs50 lakh by the end of March, according to company sources. The company would enhance its production capacity to 12,000 MT per month and it would be further enhanced after commissioning of another furnace, said Balasore Alloys Director (Operation) Ansuman Bhanj, adding that all measures have been adopted to keep the pollution under control.
AGM Sanjay Acharya said, “The company has been undertaking various works for development of peripheral areas and will continue to do so.”
