The Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) at a meeting on Monday decided to hold a joint public grievances hearing at 11 am every Monday at the BMC Conference Hall.The hearing will be attended by BMC and BDA senior officers.
Grievances relating to sanitation facilities, streetlight works and drinking water supply will be discussed in the hearing. BMC Deputy Secretary Shubhranshu Mishra will function as the nodal officer for the purpose.The BMC has appointed senior officers as Zonal Officers who will supervise the overall sanitation and streetlight works by conducting regular visits to their assigned wards.
