On the occasion of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay’s birthday on Thursday, the BJP would hold a public meeting at Ghangapatna on the outskirts of the city. The meeting would be held to protest the land scam in the State, according to BJP’s Khordha district president Sudipta Ray here on Wednesday.
After a garlanding ceremony, party workers would hold a Padyatra at Ghangapatna village and Kerandia small irrigation project site to create awareness among people regarding the land scam. The padyatra would be completed at Kantabada in Khordha district, Ray said.
