BJP national general secretary and Rajya Sabha member Dharmendra Pradhan on Thursday slammed Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik for its Third Front ‘dream’ and said Patnaik is trying hard to form the Front so that it can save him and his Government from possible CBI investigation into the mining and chit fund scams.
Addressing the party’s State youth wing convention, Pradhan said, “Till now, it is not clear who will lead the Third Front.
However, Naveen babu is daydreaming of it only to save his image, which has already got sullied because of massive corruption and irregularities committed by his Government.”
He called upon the youth masses to touch nearly 30 lakh families in the State to sensitize them about the achievements of party’s Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi. Speaking on the occasion, MlA Pratap Sarangi said by offering laptops to students, the BJD Government is only trying to woo them ahead of the polls.
