In order to safeguard the interests of the people of the State, the Biju Janata Dal (BJD) has decided to organise four webinar workshops on the National Education Policy (NEP)-2020. The purpose of the workshops is to discuss the NEP and seek suggestions from different stakeholders of the society.
The webinar workshops will be held on August 8 and 16. While one workshop will be held from 11 am to 1 pm, another one will be organised from 3 pm to 5 pm on these two days.
Educationists, employees of different institutions, students and parents would be invited to participate in the webinars, the BJD said in a statement.
BJD vice-president Soumya Ranjan Patnaik, senior general secretary Arun Kumar Sahoo, general secretary Rohit Pujari, former MLA Priyadarshi Mishra, Janmejaya Lenka, Satyabrata Patra and Sarada Prasad Jena would moderate the webinar workshops.
