The death anniversary of former Chief Minister Biju Patnaik would be observed on Wednesday. Biju Janata Dal (BJD) general secretary Narendra Kumar Swain urged the district committees to hold meetings on the occasion at the gram panchayat, block and district levels to spread awareness on Biju’s dreams for the State.
The State unit also announced to garland the photograph of the legendary leader and organise debate competitions at various schools.
