In a bid to create awareness among the youth about the State Youth Policy-2013, the ruling Biju Janata Dal (BJD) on Sunday constituted a 10-member panel named as Yuba Sampark Committee under the chairmanship of Athagarh MlA Ranendra Pratap Swain.
The other members of the committee are MlAs Ashok Chandra Panda, Rama Chandra Hansda, Pranab Prakash Das, Siddharth Sekhar Singh and Dr Pradeep Panigrahi and MPs Siddhanta Mohapatra and Dilip Tirkey, actor Anubhab Mohanty and youth leader Arka Keshari Deo.
The committee would take steps to popularise the initiatives taken by the BJD Government for youth development and youths’ welfare among the young mass so that they can avail of the benefits effectively.
