The ruling BJD legislators and MPs would contribute their one month’s salary for the relief and restoration work in the cyclone and flood affected areas.
According to Government Chief Whip Pravat Tripathy, responding to the appeal of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, party’s MlAs and MPs would contribute generously to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund to help undertake the relief operations, restoration and rehabilitation work for the victims of the twin calamities.
