A three-day-long 53rd conference of Odisha Rajya Bidyut Sramika Karmachari Sangha concluded here on Monday.
Attending the meet, Steel Minister Prafulla Kumar Mallick said Odisha has been recognized as a developed State in the field of electrical service due to the sincere and dedicated service of the workers. The Minister assured to do his best to fulfill their genuine demands of the employees.
Pallahara MlA Mahesh Sahu and Dhenkanal MlA Saroj Kumar Samal denounced the engagement of contract agencies in electrical sector. The meeting was presided over by association president Padmanav Padhee. Among others, general secretary of the association Molay Nanda, circle secretary Pankaj Tripathy and Subrat Mishra spoke.
