The Governor recalled the quote of former President Dr APJ Abdul Kalam, “A man who graduated yesterday and stops learning today, will surely become uneducated tomorrow.” Jamir also laid stress on the ethics and morality and said, “Our young men and women should be counted as good human beings and hold a good moral character rather than thorough professionals.”  He also urged the students to make a promise to serve the State and the country with utmost sincerity, dedication and hard work and bring glory to their alma mater.
