Passengers on board the Bhubaneswar-New Delhi IndiGo flight 6E-489 had a harrowing experience on Thursday after a technical snag was detected in the aircraft soon after its takeoff.
The aircraft hovered over the Delhi Airport for around 45 minutes, but it finally made an emergency landing in Jaipur.
Sources said the passengers were panicky as the aircraft started shuddering violently and they complained of uneasiness and vomiting. All the passengers were reported to be safe.
