In Bargarh, the Community Health Hospital (CHC) does not have adequate strength of doctors. The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) alleged that Chief Minister's promises on development of hospital had not been fulfilled.
AAP leader Bhavani Sahu said in Bargarh, while healthcare was in disarray, the old CHC was only referral center, but patients were harassed. According to rules, there should be four specialist doctors and four MBBS doctors, but in a city with a population of more than 1 lakh.
