A minor girl of Brahmapur city was rescued on Sunday by GRP from Puri railway station, who was moving aimlessly in a concourse area.
During interrogation by railway police, she disclosed her identity as Y Swapna (15), daughter of Y Simadri, a resident of Mochi Sahi, Brahmapur.
She also stated that she was going to her sister's house in Palasa but unfortunately arrived at the Puri station.
After completing necessary papers regarding, a child missing case was registered and the railway police handed over the girl to child line centre of Puri for her rehabilitation.
It was known that Swapna unknowing climbed a train to Puri instead of Palasa which was halting at a Brahmapur platform.
