Manoj Das arrested
The CBI on Sunday interrogated BJD’s executive member Ashis Sahu pertaining to his relation with multi-crore rupees swindling by the Artha Tatwa Group. Earlier, it had grilled party’s youth leader Biswaranjan Khatai.
Sources said Sahu is a close associate of a MlA having alleged links with the AT Group. His name also came up in an audio CD in which there was conversation about money transaction between AT Group chief Pradeep Sethy and the MlA through the BJD executive member.
The CBI interrogated Sahu on the CD and his links with the chit fund company. However, Sahu did not reveal anything about the interrogation to the media.
Meanwhile, businessman Manoj Das and newspaper owner Madhu Mohanty were also interrogated by the Central probe agency on Sunday for the fourth time in connection with the duping. Manoj Das was later arrested by the CBI.
