The Khordha District and Sessions Judge Court on Saturday rejected the bail petition of Artha Tatwa (AT) Group chief Pradeep Sethy, one of the key accused in the mega chit fund scam in the State. The court had heard the arguments of both the plaintiff and CBI counsels on Friday and reserved the verdict for Saturday.After the filing of the chargesheet at the CBI court earlier, Sethy’s counsel had moved the bail petition in the upper court following rejection of the same by the CBI court.
