As the deadly coronavirus has infected and claimed lives of many frontline warriors, including doctors, the State Government on Wednesday directed the officials concerned to ensure treatment of the corona warriors in a designated hospital.
In a letter to the Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET) and the Directorate of Heal Services (DHS), the Health and Family Welfare Department said, “After careful consideration, the State Government on a priority basis has been pleased to designate the Aditya Ashwini Covid Hospital in Cuttack for treatment of doctors and the other frontline warriors of the virus.”
The department asked the directorates to take necessary action in this regard.
