Presidents and other functionaries of all organisational districts of the BJP have been elected on consensus, informed a party release on Sunday.
It said all elected functionaries have promised to go to people at grassroots level and make them know about the party's ideologies and programmes.
As of now, more than 32 lakh members have been enrolled and the public relation campaign would be expedited to register more members. For this, training programmes for workers would be held at Mandal levels.
BJP national general secretary and Odisha-in-chage Arun Singh, joint general secretary Saudan Singh, State general secretary Prasanna Mishra, Union Tribal Affairs Minister Jual Oram and PNG Minister Dharmendra Pradhan have guided workers at the organisational meeting underway at the party headquarters here. The third phase of the meeting was competed on Sunday.
Names of district presidents would be announced formally soon, said spokesperson Sajjan Sharma.
