A mega blood donation camp was organised at PPl hospital on May 22 by Sri Sathyasai Seva Samithy, Paradip and Sri Sathyasai Bhajana Mandali, PPl Town, under the programme of Amruta Bindu.
The camp was jointly inaugurated by Jagatsinghpur MP Dr Kulamani Samal, Sri Sathyasai Trust Trustee Antaryami Pattnaik, PPl Deputy General Manager Sangrama Keshari Swain and PPl Hospital CMO Dr Nirupama Mishra.
Jagatsingpur district president of Sri Sathyasai Seva Samity Bipin Bihari Panigrahi, convenor Dasrathi Prusty, Biswamitra Panigrahi conducted the camp.
NKR Murty, Kedarnath Pattnaik, Adwaita Sahu, Niranjan Sahu, Dhaneswar Mahakuda, Bidyadhara Siala, Birendra Kumar Nayak, Bholeswar Sahu, Suryanaryan Sarangi, Prashanta Kumar Das, Tusharakanta Sahu, Shyamasundar Mallick, Bikram Chandra Prusty, Soudamini Sahu, Nirupama Panigrahi, Manoja Das and other brothers and sisters of the Sri Sathyasai Seva Organisation donated blood and helped in organising the camp.
With the active cooperation from Central Red Cross, Cuttack, 87 units of blood were collected.
