The district administration of Jajpur on Sunday placed three Government officials under suspension on the charges of large-scale irregularities relating to MGNREGA works in Jari gram panchayat under Binjharapur block. As a probe by the District Rural Development Agency (DRDA) revealed rampant irregularities in many developmental works, district Collector Chakravarti Singh Rathore took the immediate action. The suspended officials are Panchayat Executive Officer (PEO) Prakash Jena, Gram Rojgar Sevak (GRS) Partha Thatoi and Assistant Engineer Tushar Patra.
