The Department of Higher Education (DHE) has decided to set up 25 district-level cells for effective monitoring of infrastructure and overall academic status of Government and non-Government colleges in the State.
In every cell, one district-level consultant will be engaged who will have prior experience of monitoring and supervision. The major task of the cell will be to review and collect data about affiliation strength and enrolment and other University
Grants Commission-related schemes. Sources said candidates with experience in the capacity of principal or similar position can apply to the position and they would be paid honorarium.
