laxmiprasad Das joins as lIC Circle Sr Manager
Bhubaneswar: laxmiprasad Das joined as Senior Manager of the lIC, Bhubaneswar Circle, which consists of Bhubaneswar, Khordha, Puri and Nayagarh districts. After joining as Assistant Administrative Office at lIC, Surat Division in Gujarat, Das worked Administrative Officer at Mumbai Central Division and then as Senior Branch Manager of lIC Bhubaneswar Branch I and II. He then worked successfully in different posts in Odisha and Bihar. Das is a native of Kandarpu under Cuttack district’s Athagarh Assembly Constituency.
Schneider Electric signs MoU with engg colleges
Bhubaneswar: Global specialist in energy management and automation Schneider Electric India has signed an MoU with the Kalinga Institute of Technology (KIIT) and the CV Raman College of Engineering to impart industrial training and develop skilled manpower for the highly-technical electricity, automation and energy management market under guidance from Schneider Electric India. Schneider Chief HRO Rachna Mukherjee said “This MoU is in line with our vision to develop a globally competitive talent pool in India, armed with futuristic skill-sets aligned to the requirements of the fast evolving sectors like energy management and automation.”
