lalit Das promoted to ADG rank
Bhubaneswar: Home Special Secretary lalit Das has been promoted to the rank of Additional Director General of Police (ADGP). A 1992-batch IPS officer, Das has served in six districts as Superintendent of Police (SP) and DIG in Central and North Central Ranges. He is a recipient of the Union Nation Peace Medal while serving in Sierra leone with the UN Peacekeeping Forces. He has also received the President Police Medal for Meritorious Service and Distinguished Service.
Sri Sri Varsity Prof gets teacher award
Cuttack: Prof Srinivas Subbarao of the Sri Sri University has received the prestigious AIMS-IRMA Outstanding Management Teacher Award from the Association of Indian Management Scholars (AIMS International) in collaboration with IRMA. The award ceremony was held at MICA, Ahmedabad. This award is not just the recognition for activities in 2016 but takes into account the life time contribution to management education. Prof Subbarao has 23 years of experience in teaching BBA and MBA students and guiding PhD students in the areas of international business, entrepreneurship and human resources management.
