Maruti launches new model in State
Bhubaneswar: The Maruti Suzuki launched its newest passenger car Celerio in the State on Saturday. Head Sales & Marketing for Maruti Western Zone operation Anand Prakash said the Celerio incorporates auto gear shift technology which is a first in the Indian passenger car segment. The technology is developed by Suzuki. The car also has manual transmission option. Maruti’s Head of Sales for Odisha and Chhattisgarh Munish Wali said the car has features that make it attractive for all segments of the customers. The car has a minimum price tag of Rs 4.15 lakh while the auto gear shift model has a price starting from Rs 4.55 lakh. Celerio boasts of a healthy 23 km per litre fuel efficiency. Company’s State Sales head Evenpreet Singh disclosed that the car has already logged 200 bookings in the State.
