The sales and marketing department of Central Coalfields limited (CCl) organised 15th Regional Coal Consumers’ Council (RCCC) meeting at Vichar Manch, Darbhanga House (Ranchi), on Monday.
The nominated members of the RCCC- Dr. Jai Prakash Gupta, Jitendra Singh Kushwaha, Surendra Pal Singh Bhatia , Anusuiya Sharma, Ramdutt Yadav, Zafar Feeroz, Mohammed Taqi and Siddharth Singh - were present in the meeting. Consumers from different mining areas of the company and outside Jharkhand participated in the meeting. Before the meeting , one minute silence was observed for the departed soul of late Indradeep Singh Nanda.
Gopal Singh, CMD, CCl chaired the RCCC meeting. Shri RR Mishra, Director(Personnel), who is also Director In-Charge for Sales and Marketing was also present in the meeting. CMD,CCl along with Directors and members of the RCCC directly interacted and listened issues of the consumers like RTGS, TCS, loading & lifting of coal, quality supply of coal etc.
Gopal Singh CMD,CCl, in his interaction with consumers said that he was thankful to the consumers for placing their grievances in an effective way. ‘Our highest priority is to maintain transparency’, Singh said.
We have started certain new techniques for grievance handling and Samadhan Kendra is one of them.He briefed about the Welfare/philanthropic work being undertaken by CCl Management for the overall development of villagers, down trodden and employees both in Headquarters and command areas.
