Kujang lawyers end cease-work
Jagatsinghpur: The week-long cease-work stir by the Kujang court lawyers demanding a Sub-Judge Court ended on Thursday after Cuttack District Judge Satrughan Pujari on Wednesday visited Kujang and discussed the issue with the lawyers and inspected the ground realties for setting up a Sub-Judge Court there.
Running bus gutted in Rourkela
Rourkela: A running passenger bus named Khusboo caught fire at the STI Chowk here on Saturday. The bus was heading towards Badgaon and was overloaded with passengers and luggage. Near the Rourkela Government Hospital, the bus lost its balance and collided with an electric pole. Before fire brigade personnel reached the spot, the entire bus had been burnt.
