The Dharmagarh police have detained two persons for allegedly performing sorcery to trace a ‘hidden treasure’ at Rankabahal village in Kalahandi district on Monday night.
The detainees were identified as Jogeswar Bachha and Sarat Sarkhel.According to reports, nine persons were digging a pit at a farmland in the village and resorting to witchcraft with a belief of unearthing the ‘hidden treasure’. In the meantime, locals reached spot.
