The Paradip Port Authority (PPA) will continue torealise the dream of a “Clean and Green Paradip”. As part of the ongoing Special Campaign 2.0, PPA Chairman PLHaranadhon Friday inaugurated a Township Sewerage Connection to STP near the JB/JC Water Tank.
Due to the connection of drains of the port township with the STP, the wastewater will not flow to the nearby natural streams, resulting in fulfilling the dream of zero discharge. As the Paradip Port is striving to add greenery year after year, plantation of 1,07,000 saplings has been achieved till date in the current year.
To mark the occasion, Haranadh participated in a large-scale plantation programme conducted by the engineering department near iron ore conveyors at Gate No. 1in the presence of PPA Deputy Chairman AKBose andHoDs.
