Eighteen more NDRF and Fire Service personnel tested positive for Covid-19 along with 160 others during the last 24 hours, informed the Information and Public Relations Department on Saturday.
The personnel infected with the deadly virus had recently returned from Cyclone Amphan duty in West Bengal and stayed in temporary medical centres. With this, the number of NDRF/ODRAF/Fire Service/other personnel infected with the virus rose to 224.
