An innovative campaign on revenue service called “Mo
Gaon re Tehsil” programme was held by the district administration at
Kodomeri village under Nuapada block on Tuesday in the presence
of newly-elected PRI members and villagers.
"Your Right is Our Duty" was the main theme of the programme
organised under the aegis of the State’s Department of Revenue and
Disaster Management. Additional District Magistrate Agasti Pradhan
briefed the people on various aspects of the Public Service Act-2012.
"We have a duty to provide you all services like mutation cases, land
to landless, various certificates, land demarcation, online land revenue
payment, up to Rs 4 lakh assistance from the department in any
disaster, etc.,” said Pradhan.
The meeting was attended by Tehsildar Devendra Kumar Raut,
Additional Tehsildar Ashesa Bagh, Jayasan Dharua and other staffs of
the tehasil. Lease pattas were also distributed to the landless on the
occasion.
