For the first time, a senior BJP leader said on Tuesday that Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan is the Chief Ministerial candidate in Odisha in the next elections.
Union Minister Jual Oran told this reporters here, stating that the BJP’s main aim is to oust the Naveen Patnaik-led BJD Government under the leadership of Pradhan. The BJP is very much confident of achieving its ‘Mission 120’ target in the State, a target set by party national president Amit Shah since last year, he said.
“Dharmendra Pradhan will be our CM candidate and there is nothing to doubt about it. Putting an end to the Naveen Patnaik Government is necessary in the very interest of the State and its people,” Oram said.
