nChief Minister Naveen Patnaik is giving special attention to Jharsuguda district by ensuring drinking water supply in every households; connecting Jharsuguda airport to other parts of the country directly; taking up electrification of Jharsuguda and distribution of land records to the landless.
Besides, he has directed all the party workers and leaders to serve people, told Health Minister Naba Kishore Das while inaugurating projects here. Das said that one grievance day will be held in a week in BJD party office in front of Jharsuguda Kali Mandir to discuss problems of Jharsuguda residents and find out solutions. On the day, the problems of the people of Jharsuguda will be received and solved then and there, Das asserted.
Das inaugurated an approach road to Malimunda village, ambulance service in Kolabira hospital, contact houses in Vidyanagar near Jagyaseni Hospital of Ward number 9, Beheramal, Nuapada in Ward no.11, Jhariana in Ward No.8, Panchapada, BTM in ward No.7 and Satnama pada in ward No.1. On the occasion, Jharsuguda Municipality Executive Officer Ram Chandra Pradhan, Tapas Ray Choudhury, Sandeep Awasthi, Haris Ganatra, Pintu Padhi, Raju Panigrahi, Raghumani Patel and Manoranjan Mohapatra were present alongwith other residents of the locality.
