Shahpura police have booked a youth for sexually assaulting and exploiting a 22-year-old married woman using her obscene photographs; hotel manager who used to rent room has also been made co-accused in the case, said police.
The victim lodged a complaint with Shahpura police regarding sexual exploitation by accused Firoz, police have also booked Akash who was manager at the hotel and was aware of the fact that the accused used to sexually exploit the victim.
Police said both the accused and victim were acquainted and accused took obscene photographs and used to blackmail her and sexually exploit her.
The victim in her complaint stated that she met accused as she used to live in the same area and was acquainted with her. The victim later left the area after marriage and after marriage accused asked to meet her and the accused took her to a hotel and unaware of the ill intentions the victim accompanied her where accused clicked her photographs and using the same he continued to blackmail her. The accused threatened of circulating photographs in her locality.
Police have registered a case under sections 376 and 506 of the IPC against Firoz while Akash has been co-accused in the crime and have started further investigation. The accused is yet to be arrested, said police.
During the investigation police found that once victim refused to enter room with Firoz and at that time Akash pushed her into room.
