Star Plus’s new show Dance+ is all about pure dancing. The dancing sensation Remo D’Souza has come up with a unique dance show where the next dance sensation of the country will be selected.
On Thursday, Captain Sumeet Nagdev and his team, ‘The Hooligans’ were in city to promote the show.
While talking to the mediapersons, Sumeet Nagdev said, “Dance+ promises dancing of the ‘+’ level with a high quotient of uniqueness, a quality possessed by those who don’t live to dance but are born to dance. While the show will give such solo, duo and groups a platform to make it big, the nation will witness trends evolving with new and superlative dance forms.”
A frontrunner in the dance arena, Sumeet has made a mark in the industry from starting his dance academy to choreographing Bollywood numbers.
His dancing crew ‘The Hooligans’, have created their own dance style called ‘Rap-Hop’. With their inherent talent and the guidance of Sumeet Nagdev, ‘The Hooligans’ are confident of impressing Remo with their unique style.
The Hooligans was formed by Shivam over three years ago when he realized the potential the group had in achieving their dance dreams.
Sharing his experience Sumeet said, “This show is a class apart and you can take my word for that. Pure, unadulterated dance which will take the viewer to new heights and the dancing guru Remo judging and guiding the contestants, such a situation which otherwise is a dream for many will now come true for all those upcoming dancers who need that one chance to groove and make it big. Dance + will give that one push to the contestants who have the dancing quotients in them.”
To keep the pure element intact the show will also display some unique dancers and dance forms that have never been seen on any reality show, he added.
